Based on planning materials created in collaboration with the Baltimore City Community Schools Steering Committee, these tools can be used to advance understanding of the full-service community school (FSCS) strategy and the role of diverse stakeholders in its implementation.

Full Service Community Schools Continuum

 

FSCSs take time to develop each of the four pillars of practice. We describe benchmarks and indicators for three stages of development--formalizing, maturing, and excelling.
